Have slimming body become an obsession for most of women or even men. Every thing was done to gain slim body but in fact is so difficult being slim. If you have BMI less than 18.4 it’s mean that you have underweight. If you have BMI from 18.5 to 24.9 it’s mean that you have normal balance between weight and height, last.
